Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you request a referral, why we use it, and when it is shared.

Last updated September 10, 2026

Twin Tiers Radon Help is operated by MarCas Holding LLC. References to “we,” “us” and “our” in this policy mean MarCas Holding LLC.

Information we collect

The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, radon-result range, property status, timing, notes and consent. We also collect the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters (including UTM values and gclid), submission time and lead status.

If you call our number, Twilio receives the caller number, call identifiers, timestamps, call status and duration. Calls currently go to our voicemail for manual review.

If your call reaches voicemail, you will hear a recording notice before the beep. We store the message you choose to leave with Twilio and use it to respond to your request. Email notifications may include your caller number, the message time and duration, and a link to review the recording in Twilio.

How we use the information

  • To process and route the referral you requested
  • To allow one matched independent provider at a time to contact you about the request
  • To operate, secure and improve the website and lead workflow
  • To measure advertising and site performance when analytics is configured
  • To maintain records, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations

When information is shared

After you provide consent, we receive your request by email and retain a database backup. We review it manually and may contact you or share it with one participating independent radon service provider for the purpose described in the form. We may also use hosting, database, analytics, communications and security vendors that process information on our behalf. We do not sell a request to a list of providers or share it with several providers simultaneously. We identify the selected provider and provide their credentials and contact details after assignment. If the provider declines or does not respond, we ask for fresh permission before sharing with a replacement. We retain a record of matching, provider disclosures and any replacement permission.

Cookies and measurement

If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is enabled, those services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, form activity and call-link clicks. The displayed telephone number remains our company-owned Twilio tracking number. Campaign parameters may be stored with the referral so its source can be understood. Browser settings and available industry controls can limit some tracking.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to reduce automated abuse. Our abuse controls keep keyed hashes of IP addresses and phone numbers for up to 48 hours. Your browser may retain a random request identifier and a fingerprint of the submitted fields for retry protection during the browser session; contact details are not stored there. After submission, the confirmation screen uses a temporary access token to display your matching status and the selected provider’s public details. The token expires after 30 days and is kept in page memory.

Retention and security

Voicemail audio is held by Twilio and accessible through authorized administrators. We review recordings for deletion as part of our retention process. Basic call metadata may be retained after audio deletion. We retain referral and call records only as long as reasonably needed for referral operations, security, reporting and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form. Once a request has been shared, the independent provider handles its own records under its own privacy practices. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by Twin Tiers Radon Help, contact us at hello@twintiersradonhelp.com.

Changes

We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
