Terms of Use

These terms explain the limited role of Twin Tiers Radon Help and the responsibilities that remain between you and an independent provider.

Last updated September 10, 2026

Twin Tiers Radon Help is operated by MarCas Holding LLC. References to “we,” “us” and “our” in these terms mean MarCas Holding LLC.

Referral service only

Twin Tiers Radon Help is an independent referral service. We do not perform radon testing, mitigation, inspection, diagnosis, design, installation, repair or certification. We do not employ the independent providers to whom a request may be referred.

Your request and consent

By submitting the form, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize us to share it with one participating independent radon service provider who may contact you about the request. We match based on service area, service needed, qualifications and availability, and provide the selected provider’s name, credentials and contact details after assignment. We never share a request with several providers simultaneously. We will ask for your permission before sharing it with a replacement provider. Submission does not obligate you to hire anyone.

Independent provider relationship

The provider is independently responsible for its qualifications, insurance, representations, recommendations, estimates, schedules, contracts, work, warranties and legal compliance. You are responsible for evaluating the provider and the proposed work. Any agreement or payment is directly between you and the provider.

No promises about outcome or availability

We do not guarantee that a provider is available, that contact will occur by a particular time, that the matched provider is the only or best option, that workmanship is guaranteed, that an estimate will be offered, or that work will achieve a particular result. Public educational content is general information and is not medical, engineering or legal advice.

Information and third-party links

We aim to keep general information useful, but guidance changes and each property is different. Follow current NYSDOH and EPA materials and rely on the professional evaluating the property. Third-party links are offered for convenience and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to create false or abusive requests.

Availability and changes

The website may change or be unavailable. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update is subject to the revised version shown here.
